Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Waiter at Mountain Shadows Resorts in Wayanad. The Senior Waiter will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, overseeing food and beverage service, ensuring quality food service standards, and maintaining effective communication with the kitchen staff. Additionally, the Senior Waiter will assist with cooking when needed and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service Basic Cooking skills Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is advantageous
