Role & Responsibilities: Monitor the Server Room and ensure proper functioning of systems and operations. Handle time synchronization of production and QC (Quality Control) equipment. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of IT-related equipment, including: Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Printers, and Scanners. Computer networks, attendance machines, and access control systems. Manage electronic data backups and ensure data security. Provide support for the validation of computer systems in QC and production environments. Act as a system administrator, offering: User account management support. Maintenance and troubleshooting of QC and production software/systems. Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IT systems and processes. Conduct preventive maintenance activities for computer systems to ensure smooth functioning.
