Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an ARM RM (Assistant Relationship Manager/Relationship Manager) located in Una. The ARM RM will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, providing support and guidance to clients on insurance products, assisting in the onboarding process of new clients, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. The ARM RM will also be required to achieve sales targets and collaborate with team members to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance products and financial services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
