Quality Control: Ensure dimensional and visual inspection of components as per drawings and quality standards; take corrective actions where required. Process Improvements: Suggest and implement continuous improvement initiatives in machining methods, cycle time reduction, and cost control. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain production reports, downtime logs, tool usage, and shift handover records. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, 5S, and company SOPs in the CNC section. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in CNC operations and production team handling. Strong knowledge of CNC programming, G & M codes, and tool selection. Experience in production planning, preventive maintenance, and team leadership. Familiar with quality standards, drawings, and machining tolerances. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
