Role & responsibilities With an objective to grow market share in key markets, a core team is driving sales excellence program with the field team. The effectiveness of defined actions under the program month business plan, capacity planning, coverage, activations, network related actions etc are critical for organization and part of the key growth strategies in short and mid-term. The on-ground execution is done by field team members who are part of sales, service, marketing & IT teams while being enabled and monitored by the core sales excellence team. As part of the core team, the candidate is expected to hold all the stakeholders together, review, intervene and ensure the results are in-line with the expectation of organization. Top management regularly tracks the program which provides excellent opportunity to the candidate to get learning and exposure of top management in addition to working with multiple functions together at regional level. Key Deliverables:- -Coordinate with sales team members & other stakeholders to ensure efficient program execution -Coach dealer team and internal team on program and on-boarding of new stakeholders -Co-create region month plan, coverage, market activations & network action plans with field team -Enabling reviews at different levels by providing the required data inputs -Drive market share at region level along with sales in specific category of villages -Drive special initiatives along with central team and respective owners.
