Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for manufacturing and monitoring batches in Tablet, Capsule, Liquid Oral, and Ointment departments.
Apply sound knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical formulations to ensure quality production.
Execute granulation and compression processes efficiently and accurately.
Maintain GMP compliance, personnel safety, and hygienic practices on the shop floor.
Ensure online completion of production documents such as BMRs and BPRs.
Provide periodic training to production personnel based on SOPs and maintain proper training records.
Report all equipment breakdowns immediately to QA/Maintenance and track resolution until closure.
Ensure preventive maintenance and calibration schedules are implemented, and equipment is offered to maintenance teams accordingly.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Stores departments to ensure smooth production operations.
