Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate security operations, ensuring all protocols align with organizational policies.
Stay updated on local, state, and federal laws concerning security and safety, and implement industry best practices.
Conduct regular inspections of premises to ensure safety and compliance.
Monitor access points, surveillance systems, and other security equipment for proper functioning.
Oversee security checks during shift changes to ensure smooth transitions.
Maintain records of incidents, inspections, training, and security personnel logs.
Ensure that security policies and procedures are effectively implemented and followed by the security team.
Coordinate with the EHS team for integration of safety and security protocols, including crisis and emergency management.
Collaborate with internal teams to align on security objectives and enhance organizational security posture.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Certification: Physical Security Professional (PSP) or equivalent.
Knowledge of Physical Security Systems and Security Management Practices.
Strong leadership, monitoring, and coordination skills.
