Uses data mining and data analysis tools to isolate and extract data based on specific parameters and monitors toll transaction data flow to identify any inconsistencies. Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools. Use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn sets of disparate data points into objective answers to advise your team as they make informed decisions. Analyzes data from both internal and external sources to produce insights, identify trends or anomalies, and support business decisions. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance. Collaborates with development teams to design business intelligence solutions to facilitate data gathering, storage, retrieval, and consumption. Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling and mapping. Identify automation opportunities and analyze process issues and bottlenecks and make improvements. Develop and maintain reporting tools. Provide analytical and business support for field operations. Skills/Experience required: A minimum of 5+ years of data analyst experience is required. 7+ years of SQL experience. 6+ years of Excel experience including functions and formulas. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Willingness to learn new tools and skills and cross-train. Strong technical writing (reports and SOPs) experience, for all levels of the organization utilizing MS Office, Visio, Share Point or similar applications. Strong oral communication skills. Ability to work on multiple projects across the organization collaboratively and proactively. Technical expertise in data modeling, data mart design, and the ability to easily extract data from multiple sources. Experience with AWS, Azure, SQL Server, Data Warehouse, Azure Data Warehousing, Databricks, and/or Big Data. Relevant work experience in Tableau and Qlik View. A solid understanding of SQL, rational databases, and normalization. Excellent analytical skills. Excellent written & oral communication skills. Attention to detail and flexibility to work as per the clients requirement. Bachelors degree, preferably in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.), or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
