Job Description

We are looking for skilled and experienced Telecom Design professionals who can contribute to end-to-end design, quality delivery, team collaboration, and client requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

For JPE / PE / SPE :

Perform
FTTx/FTTH network design
(HLD & LLD) based on client standards.
Work on
AutoCAD / QGIS / Smallworld / Any GIS platform
for telecom design workflows.
Validate existing network data, identify gaps, and implement corrections.
Coordinate with internal teams for design input clarifications and quality checks.
Ensure design deliverables meet
quality, accuracy, and SLA requirements
.

For GL / TL (Lead Roles):

Lead a team of telecom design engineers; allocate work and monitor progress.
Conduct
design reviews, quality audits, and approvals
before client submission.
Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams for requirement gathering and clarifications.
Manage project timelines, resource planning, and daily delivery targets.
Provide
technical guidance, team training
, and performance support.
Ensure compliance with client standards, safety requirements, and delivery SLAs.
