Role Summary Own dealer, project and B2C steel sales for your cluster (North, Central or South TN). Deliver 1 Cr+ monthly GMV and expand market share through strong channel execution. Key Responsibilities Dealer & Distributor Network identify, onboard and activate 25 retailers/stockists in 90 days. Project Sales win supply contracts from builders, fabricators and EPC firms (30 L1 Cr tickets). B2C Conversion convert inbound digital/retail leads; drive walk-ins to orders. Credit & Collections monitor limits, ensure on-time payments, liaise with in-house credit desk. Market Intelligence track competitor pricing, movement and demand; update CRM weekly. Cross-functional Coordination work with logistics and pricing teams for seamless deliveries. Must-Have Profile 49 yrs frontline sales in steel, cement, paints, pipes or similar building-materials sectors. Proven dealer network & 50 L monthly revenue ownership. Languages: Tamil & English (Hindi an advantage). Strong negotiation, territory mapping, CRM/ERP & basic Excel/Sheets skills. Two-wheeler; willing to travel 6070 km/day across assigned districts.
