You should be capable of managing operations in multiple cities, possess an ownership mindset, and demonstrate punctuality and excellent organizational skills. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA being a preferred qualification. Prior work experience as a coordinator, operations executive, or in customer relations management would be advantageous. The working hours for this position are from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a permanent job type. The benefits include Provident Fund, and the schedule may involve evening and rotational shifts.
