Role Overview: You will join our dynamic team as an experienced Product Designer with a proven track record in designing enterprise-level ERP systems and complex backend applications. Your role will require a deep understanding of user experience principles, logical problem-solving skills, and the ability to create intuitive and efficient design solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. - Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. - Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks. - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. - Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders. - Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the product. - Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio demonstrating design expertise in ERP or backend systems. - Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking. - Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. - Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. - Experience in user research and user-centered design methodologies. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. - Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes. - Basic backend knowledge (e.g., understanding of APIs, databases) is a plus. - Familiarity with industry standards and trends in ERP systems. - Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
