Product Designer (ERP / Dashboards)

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our team. If you have a proven track record in designing enterprise-level ERP systems and complex backend applications, this role might be perfect for you. You should have a deep understanding of user experience principles, strong logical problem-solving skills, and the ability to create intuitive and efficient design solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. You will be in charge of executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Additionally, you will need to conceptualize original ideas that simplify complex design roadblocks, create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. You will also be responsible for presenting and defending designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders, conducting user research, and evaluating user feedback to enhance the product. Furthermore, you will establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing your design expertise in ERP or backend systems. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction, and the ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders are essential. Experience in user research, user-centered design methodologies, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are also required. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes, basic backend knowledge (e.g., understanding of APIs, databases), and proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar are preferred. Knowledge of industry standards and trends in ERP systems is a plus.
