You are an experienced Database / SQL Developer looking to join the CRM team at Diffrenz Business Solutions Pvt Ltd. Your role will involve database development, handling data-related issues, and supporting enterprise CRM applications. Backend development experience using Python (FastAPI) will be considered a strong advantage. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, views, functions, and stored procedures - Handle large volumes of data and resolve data inconsistencies - Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for performance - Support CRM modules by analyzing and resolving data issues - Work on data migration, ETL, and staging-to-master data flows - Debug UAT and production issues related to database logic - Collaborate with backend/API developers - Prepare reports and ad-hoc data analysis - Maintain documentation for database objects and logic **Technical Skills Required:** **Mandatory:** - Strong expertise in SQL Server (MSSQL) - Hands-on experience with Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Indexes - Strong knowledge of joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions - Query optimization and performance tuning - Strong understanding of relational data modeling - Experience handling production data issues **Added Advantage / Good to Have:** - Backend development experience using Python - Hands-on exposure to FastAPI - Understanding of REST APIs - Experience integrating backend services with databases - Knowledge of ETL processes - Experience with CRM or enterprise applications - Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology **Soft Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to handle critical issues under pressure - Good communication skills - Ownership mindset and attention to detail You should be a database-focused professional with backend exposure, experience in data-intensive CRM systems, and supporting UAT and Production environments.
