Job Title Advisor, Systems Engineering What does a successful APM Engineer at Fiserv do? As an APM Engineer, you are an integral part of a monitoring team dedicated to build monitoring solutions, implementing, and maintaining high-performance financial systems. Your mission is to ensure the performance of the applications, infrastructures, services are monitored proactively and enable the team to alert and notify whenever there an anomaly. You will be joining, young team with great dynamic and daily opportunities to learn and have a dose of fun. What You Will Do Monitor APIs using monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Moogsoft, CA ASM, Prometheus, PowerBI etc. Enhance and empower these tools using Python. Design and implement monitoring solutions to ensure system health including automation and dashboard initiatives to improve technology team efficiencies. Drive performance optimization and system stability through proactive monitoring and tuning. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to enhance system performance and security. Utilize Generative AI tools to streamline daily operations. What You Will Need To Have Strong Python coding skills Experience in monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Moogsoft, CA ASM, Prometheus, PowerBI. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead troubleshooting efforts. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 8+ years of technical experience What Would Be Great To Have Experience in Python is mandatory.
