The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing electrical installations, commissioning, and operations of solar power plants. Key Responsibilities: Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of ground-mounted solar PV systems. Handle electrical work including cabling, inverter, transformer, LT/HT panel, and switchgear installation. Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure timely completion of project milestones. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulatory requirements. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at site. Ensure quality control as per design specifications and standards.
