Site Store Incarge

Key Responsibilities: Manage daily store operations at the site including material inward/outward. Receive and inspect all incoming materials as per PO and delivery challans. Maintain stock registers (manual/digital) and update daily reports. Issue materials as per site requirements and keep track of usage. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of materials. Coordinate with the HO Store/Procurement team for replenishments and returns. Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note), vendor bill verification, and reconciliation. Maintain documentation for audits and compliance. Manage scrap and unused materials as per company policies. Maintain safety and cleanliness at the store.
