We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales and customer engagement team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce PhygitalTech’s products and services.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide product/service information.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer acquisition.
Provide feedback from prospects/customers to improve product and sales strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
