Job Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.
* Explain products/services and resolve customer queries effectively.* Maintain call logs and follow up with leads as required.* Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.* Maintain professionalism and build strong rapport with clients.
Desired Candidate Profile:
* Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (English is a plus).
* Confident, polite, and persuasive in conversation.* Basic knowledge of computers and phone etiquette.* Freshers welcome; prior telecalling experience is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
* Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)
* Incentives: Performance-based incentives available* Office Lunch* Cab Service, Pick Up & Drop From Chingrighata.
