Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and boost revenue.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Foster and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Stay informed about market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and provide regular performance updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

Salary up to 4 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
