Your Role Summary Achieve sales by meeting various distributors and farmers. Understand their requirements and provide them the requisite solutions. Coordinate and manage the process of collections from the dealers and the distributors based the credit limit available to them. Should be able to lead a team and motivate them to achieve their target. Able to understand the market of Andhra Pradesh state and assign the targets to the Team members and ensure to achieve the same. Monthly report preparation and presenting to the RBH and Cattle feed/Poultry Feed sales team in meetings and other events.
