Initial Planning - Scrutinizing the Structural Drawings, Preparation of Work Programs. Prepare BBS, Cutting, Bending & Fixing The reinforcements at site. Execute Pile & Pile cap, Piers, Pier caps, Pedestals, Bearing Fixing, Steel Girders Launching, staging for Deck Slabs, Concreting Of Deck slabs Etc. Quantity Estimations. Materials Reconciliations. Judiciously managing resources (Manpower, materials & machinery) while administering the site, labour, taking measurements, preparing bills, reconciling material etc. Monitoring the work in quantitative & progressive view. Preparation of monthly / quarterly work plans considering the previous delay time so that can be completed within schedule by deploying additional resources. Experience in elevated viaduct of metro project.

Knowledge of SAP: GRN, GI, STO, OBD, DMS and invoicing. Monitor Min/Max Stock Levels for materials in all Invoice locations to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained. Manage materials receipts movements from plant production, ensure there is no excess entry and short entry. After receipt confirmation from store and cross checking, transferring of materials as required. Monitor in-transit materials. Conducting regular audits and taking corrective actions as required. PR generation after concern approvals from concerned and maintain its data. Prepare daily and monthly reports to provide updates on inventory levels, system transfer pending, weekly 180 days report, Ageing, MIS, and other report as & when required. Monitoring Dead stock Item and inform to concerned departments to utilize the same. Shelf-Life material awareness, its consumption and timely intimation to management.
