Roles & Responsibilities of a Quality Checker (Innerwear Manufacturing) 1. Fabric & Material Inspection Check the quality of fabrics, elastics, threads, lace, and trims before production. Ensure raw materials meet company standards for softness, durability, stretchability, and comfort. 2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) Inspect cut panels, stitching, and seam alignment during different stages of production. Monitor elastic attachment, waistbands, straps, hooks, and seams to ensure proper placement and finishing. Ensure correct sizes and patterns are followed as per the approved samples. 3.
