Job Summary: The Junior Accounts Executive will assist in the daily financial operations of the company, supporting the finance team in processing purchase orders, managing invoices, verifying transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Junior Accounts Executive will also help with vendor coordination, payroll assistance, and report preparation. Verify and reconcile online transactions and payment receipts. Assist in the generation of e-invoices and e-way bills. Prepare documentation for vendor payments and assist with payroll data. Maintain proper records for GST filings and support report preparation for CA or senior accountants. Help process regular office expenses and utilities under supervision. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment and compliance matters. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Skills & Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including regular use of formulas, data formatting, and creating pivot tables for basic data analysis.
