Target Achievement: Take full ownership of sales targets, consistently striving to over-achieve set goals. Implement corrective actions promptly when deviations occur. Distributor Management: Effectively manage and support distributors to ensure optimal stock levels, timely deliveries, and strong market coverage. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and threats, providing timely feedback to management. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive sales experience in the FMCG sector, with a significant focus on Ghee or similar dairy/edible oil products. Mandatory extensive experience in retail sales (General Trade is essential). Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated experience in team handling, recruitment, and training of sales professionals. Strong understanding of the sales landscape in Rajkot, Jamnagar, Saurashtra, and Kutch-Bhuj. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven with a strong sense of ownership. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
