Buscamos un Analista de Expedición que será responsable de realizar el control de metales, desechos, material de embalaje y productos terminados, realizando inventarios cíclicos y analizando informes SAP, para garantizar el suministro de clientes internos y externos. PARA JUNTOS ALCANZAR LO EXTRAORDINARIO, SERÁS RESPONSABLE DE: Realizar actividades de control de chatarra y metal, para mantener la precisión del stock y los niveles de stock ideales para las necesidades de la planta, así como proporcionar el retorno de metales no conformes, para asegurar el mantenimiento de los niveles de stock alineado con la política de la empresa. Cerrar y controlar todos los programas operativos (órdenes de producción), todos los días, a través del sistema SAP, con el fin de mantener la exactitud de los productos de acabado, la adecuación de los costos y el calendario de envío. Controlar el volumen de chatarra, enviarlo a empresas de reciclaje, y reducir al mínimo el capital de esta sociedad. Realizar el inventario de productos terminados, verificando los informes de SAP y los inventarios cíclicos, para garantizar la precisión de las existencias y la integridad de los productos. Apoyar las actividades de los envíos de productos terminados, mediante el control de ellos, con el objetivo de cumplir el plazo de embarque acordado con el cliente. Coordinar las transferencias a deposito externo, a modo de optimizar la ocupación de bodega interna y externa. Mantener los controles de empaque, verificando entre los informes de SAP y los inventarios cíclicos, además de contactar a todos en el sitio para actualizar las cantidades de material de empaque y monitorear las devoluciones a la Unidad, para asegurar la precisión de las existencias y integridad del producto. Monitorear la logística de entrega de materia prima, a través del sistema del proveedor, para mantener el suministro de la fábrica, con el objetivo de la continuidad del proceso. Realizar los lanzamientos en el Sistema SAP en referencia a la producción de latas del día anterior, con el objetivo de apoyar la producción con información sobre el volumen de latas disponibles para el proceso. Emitir facturas para la salida de productos terminados, realizar la entrada en el Sistema SAP, siguiendo las normas y procedimientos establecidos por la empresa en los sistemas corporativos. Monitorear todas las transacciones entrantes y salientes, emitiendo facturas cuando sea necesario y brindando apoyo, con el objetivo de tener precisión del inventario y el cumplimiento de la legislación. Actualización de hoja de cálculo KPI de la zona con información sobre los productos terminados, ventas, el inventario de productos terminados, consumo de metal, TMA etc., mediante la introducción de datos a estándares de la compañía. Emitir y monitorear los NOC’s para materias primas, servicios in plant, proveedores, a través del sistema computarizado, para monitorear no conformidades, con el objetivo de la calidad del producto. Mantener el área de trabajo y los equipos limpios y organizados de acuerdo con las buenas prácticas de fabricación y las herramientas 5S, utilizando y alentando a otros empleados en el lugar de trabajo a adoptar herramientas Lean y resolver las no conformidades detectadas en auditorías para optimizar procesos, evitar accidentes y contaminación del producción. Cumplir con todas las normas y procedimientos, así como participar en los programas de la compañía relacionados con la seguridad ocupacional, la salud ocupacional, el medio ambiente, etc., para cumplir con los requisitos legales e internos. Colaborar con la actualización del sistema de gestión de inocuidad de los alimentos. Colaborar en la preparación, junto con el ESA, el manual de buenas prácticas, programas de prerrequisitos y estudios de HACCP. Garantizar la producción de productos seguros, a través del establecimiento, implementación, mantenimiento y actualización del sistema de gestión. Proporcionar capacitación relacionada con el sistema de gestión de seguridad alimentaria, para los demás empleados de la fábrica. Mantener el plan de verificación del sistema de gestión de inocuidad alimentaria actualizado e implementado. Verifique la precisión de los diagramas de flujo del proceso, utilizados como datos de entrada para HACCP, a través de una verificación en el sitio. Mantener a las partes interesadas informadas sobre el progreso del sistema de gestión de seguridad alimentaria. Planificar e implementar procesos para validar medidas de control y verificar el sistema de gestión de inocuidad alimentaria. Evaluar y analizar los resultados de las actividades de verificación del sistema de gestión de seguridad alimentaria.
