Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Caller, located in Puducherry, India. The Accounts Receivable Caller will be responsible for managing patient accounts, contacting insurance companies and patients to follow up on unpaid claims, and resolving any discrepancies. The role involves accurate data entry, research, and ensuring timely reimbursements. The ideal candidate will maintain effective communication with different stakeholders and prioritize tasks to fulfill various accounts receivable functions efficiently.
