Analyze and interpret sales data, trends, and customer behavior to inform decision-making and optimize product offerings. Oversee inventory management, product listings, and content updates to maintain an accurate, up-to-date online store. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, timely order fulfillment, and customer service excellence. Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies to enhance online sales performance. Report regularly on E-commerce performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for continual improvement. Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, trends, and key performance metrics to inform strategies and actions. Proven experience in managing and growing e-commerce businesses, preferably in the food or beverage industry. Expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.) and tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, or similar E-commerce platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to present ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience with inventory management, online product merchandising, and optimizing online customer experiences. Ability to develop and implement E-commerce strategies to increase traffic, sales, and brand visibility. Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. A passion for the food and beverage industry and an interest in premium cocktail products is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. Preferred Experience Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and email marketing automation platforms. Familiarity with graphic design tools for creating basic digital content (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
