Our firm is located in New Delhi and includes experts in International Taxation, including IFRS (IndAS). We also handle NGO and Non-Profit Organization registration and compliance with income tax regulations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CA Article located in New Delhi. The CA Article will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as assisting with business start-ups, ensuring regular compliance, supporting Virtual CFO services, handling litigation for refunds and demands, and managing compliance for NGOs and Non-Profit Organizations. The role also involves working on International Taxation including IFRS (IndAS) requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of business start-up procedures and regular compliance requirements
• Experience with handling refund and demand litigations with the Income Tax and GST departments
• Familiarity with International Taxation and IFRS (IndAS)
• Understanding of NGO and Non-Profit Organization registration and compliance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or pursuing CA qualification
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools
