The Role

You’ll come in as a Co-Founder, owning strategy, partnerships, and scale execution. This is not a job — it’s a founding seat with equity ownership and shared accountability for the mission.

What You’ll Do

• Shape the business blueprint, community model, and growth engine
• Build a lean team around product, outreach, and partnerships
• Drive negotiations with brands, developers, and institutions
• Co-lead digital product design focused on credibility and community scale
• Ensure ethical and compliant foundations as we grow
• Be the external face of the movement — from talks to collaborations

Who You Are

• Entrepreneurial at core — founder, intrapreneur, or rebel with cause
• Thrive on purpose more than predictability
• Have experience (or deep curiosity) in consumer tech, fintech, real estate, or social commerce
• Can pitch, persuade, and build trust fast
• Understand that momentum matters more than perfection
