Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team in Mysore . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales within the EdTech sector , with excellent communication and persuasive skills. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through lead conversion, customer relationship management, and proactive sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert potential leads into paying customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable EdTech products or services. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction. Use CRM tools to manage leads, sales pipeline, and follow-up activities. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to relay market feedback. Mentor junior sales associates and support training initiatives if required. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales in the EdTech industry (mandatory). Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office tools. Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA is a plus.
