The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving branch performance, managing a sales team, building a profitable portfolio, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. You will be a key driver in achieving business growth and building strong customer relationships in your assigned territory. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Drive the acquisition of new customers for home loans, loan against property, and mortgage loans. Develop and maintain relationships with builders, property consultants, DSA/Connectors, and other external stakeholders to generate leads. Achieve and exceed branch sales targets and ensure month-on-month growth in disbursals. Branch Operations Management: Supervise daily branch activities including lead management, application processing, and documentation. Ensure smooth end-to-end execution of loan applications from login to disbursement. Maintain compliance with internal policies, credit policies, and regulatory requirements. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch sales and operations team. Conduct regular training and performance evaluations to enhance productivity and skill development. Set individual targets for team members and monitor performance regularly. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure a superior customer experience by managing escalations effectively and resolving client issues promptly. Monitor customer feedback and work towards continuous service improvement. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and NPS (Net Promoter Score). Credit & Risk Management: Work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure the right quality of sourcing. Monitor portfolio health and take preventive measures for delinquency control. Conduct pre-sanction visits and ensure property and financial documentation are complete and accurate. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred). Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in home loan, mortgage loan, or loan against property domain. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving branch performance. Strong understanding of retail lending products, property documentation, and local market dynamics. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively. Knowledge of regulatory guidelines, credit norms, and risk management practices in the housing finance industry
