Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing design, maintenance, and operations in hospitality, resort, or commercial infrastructure. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and MEP integration. Familiarity with STPs, WTPs, fire suppression systems, and HVAC interface plumbing. Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints. Good communication, team management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Attributes: Experience working in luxury resorts or high-end hospitality environments. Exposure to eco-friendly plumbing solutions and sustainability practices.
