Job Summary:
The Front Office Associate is responsible for providing a welcoming and professional experience to all guests, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests and visitors courteously.
  • Manage the reception desk, handle check-ins and check-outs.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the booking of conference rooms.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment.
