Job Summary:
The Guest Relations Associate is responsible for enhancing the guest experience by responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and offer assistance as needed.
Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Assist with VIP guests and special requests.
Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest needs.
Provide information about facilities, events, and services.

Qualifications:

Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
