Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for the position of Guest Relations Associate. The Guest Relations Associate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for guests, addressing inquiries, providing information and support about Isha programs and activities, and ensuring an enriching and seamless experience for visitors. The role also requires managing reservations, assisting in accommodations, and maintaining effective communication and coordination with guests and the organization to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for scheduling and coordinating guest-related activities
• Problem-solving abilities and a customer-service-oriented mindset to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
• Proficiency in multiple languages, including Tamil and English, is highly desirable
• A background in hospitality, event coordination, or guest relations is an advantage
