This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and achieving revenue growth targets for our tile adhesives and allied products through effective channel development, demand generation, and direct sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Establish and expand a robust network of Channel Partners (Distributors, Dealers, and Sub-dealers) to achieve optimum reach and penetration of NCL Tile Adhesives & allied products in the assigned market. Ensure optimum stock levels of all product items with our channel partners. Devise and execute Demand Generation Campaigns to create awareness and interest among buyers and influencers (Applicators/Masons, Contractors, End Customers, Builders/Developers, Architects & Designers). Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience in Channel / Project Sales with Tile Adhesive, Epoxy, Tile Grout, or Screed through a distribution channel. A key objective of this evaluation is to understand what works in terms of ECE program delivery and the ideal duration of an ECE program. Additionally, the researchers also aim to evaluate a home-based Math Games programs which is built on previous research on Math Games in schools. Math Games is an innovative math curriculum that aims to develop children's intuitive concepts of number and geometry, informed by decades of cognitive development research, and Research Associate Roles and Responsibilities: The RA will work closely with academic researchers, Research Manager and other field staff to perform a variety tasks including, but not limited to: Designing survey questionnaires, conducting qualitative research, running pilot exercises, refining study design and surveying instruments.
