Role & responsibilities A) Conducting Naveen Sankalp Shivir Naveen Sankalp Shivir is organized across the constituency to facilitate citizen engagement with government officials, particularly regarding official documentation. Scheduling and coordinating the camps with local authorities and village representatives. Overseeing smooth execution by liaising with government officials and Sarpanches. Engaging with the community, addressing concerns, and collecting grievances; ensuring grievances are forwarded to the relevant departments and following up on their resolution. Maintaining daily records of beneficiaries and their documentation for proper tracking and transparency. B) Operation of the Mobile Medical Unit I oversee the efficient functioning of three Mobile Medical Units that provide healthcare services in rural areas. Ensuring the availability of essential medicines and medical supplies. Maintaining financial records and bills generated by the units. Maintaining data on daily OPD visits and laboratory tests. C) Administration of the Naveen Jindal Yashasvi Scholarship I manage key aspects of the Naveen Jindal Yashasvi Scholarship program, including: Verifying student eligibility and conducting background checks on submitted documents. Conducting outreach programs in educational institutions, alongside collaborating with local stakeholders to increase awareness about the scholarship. D) Development of Skill Development Centres I support the establishment of skill development centres by: Providing on-ground data and logistical support. Designing and conducting field surveys to assess training needs and identify suitable locations E) Government Liaison and Documentation Writing minutes of administrative meetings between the Honble MP and government officials and participating in developmental discussions. Managing official documentation and drafting key documents, such as Notes for Approval, to ensure transparency and the seamless execution of projects, including Naveen Sankalp Shivir, Mobile Medical Unit, and the Naveen Jindal Yashasvi Scholarship. Drafting official correspondence from the MP’s office to coordinate with local authorities for the smooth execution of projects, including Naveen Sankalp Shivir and the Naveen Jindal Yashasvi Scholarship. F) Providing on-ground Policy Support I assist in government interactions by: Offering policy recommendations and strategic inputs for initiatives led by Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Shri Naveen Jindal.
