About Us We are a reputed pharmaceutical manufacturing company 'Philanto Wellness' committed to delivering high-quality products while maintaining strict regulatory compliance. We are currently seeking an experienced and Approved Chemist to join our team and support our quality and manufacturing operations. Position Overview The Approved Chemist will be responsible for overseeing analytical testing, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining documentation, and supporting batch release activities. The candidate must have prior approval from the FDA/Drug Department (state authority) and extensive experience in pharmaceutical QA/QC functions. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine and non-routine chemical and instrumental analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines. Review and approve analytical documents, test reports, and batch manufacturing records. Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and ensure timely reporting. Oversee calibration, validation, and proper functioning of lab instruments (HPLC, UV, FTIR, etc.). Coordinate with the Quality Assurance and Production teams for smooth operations. Participate in audits and inspections conducted by regulatory authorities. Provide technical guidance and training to junior chemists and lab staff. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and SOPs in the laboratory. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry or a related field. Must be an Approved Chemist under the State Drug Authority/FDA. 10–12 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (QC/QA laboratory). Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and regulatory standards. Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail. Ability to independently handle audits and regulatory inspections. Salary & Benefits Monthly salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 (negotiable) based on experience and qualification. Competitive benefits and a stable long-term work environment. We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Machine Operator who can efficiently handle multiple types of machines used in tablet, capsule, ointment, and syrup manufacturing. Position Overview The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining various pharmaceutical manufacturing machines, ensuring smooth production processes and consistent product quality. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor tablet compression machines, capsule-filling machines, ointment manufacturing equipment, and syrup preparation/filling machinery. Ensure machines are set up, calibrated, and functioning properly before production. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting of equipment. Follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines during all production activities. Record machine parameters, batch details, and process data accurately. Coordinate with QA and Production departments for line clearance and quality checks. Assist in reducing downtime by identifying and addressing machine-related issues promptly. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of equipment and work area. Support validation and qualification activities of equipment when required. Required Qualifications Minimum 7–10 years of experience operating pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery.
