As a member of the CS Direkt Events and Exhibitions Pvt Ltd team, you will be part of a techno-creative agency with 25 years of experience, specializing in Sound and Light shows, Theme parks, Museums, Exhibitions, Events, and films. Located in New Delhi, we merge information and entertainment to deliver captivating experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading engaging guided tours for diverse audiences, including school groups, adults, and international visitors - Developing and presenting specialized tours based on current exhibitions and permanent collections - Answering visitors" questions and providing accurate information about exhibits, artifacts, and museum history - Maintaining updated knowledge of museum collections and exhibitions - Ensuring visitor safety and adherence to museum protocols - Supporting visitor services operations as needed - Assisting with basic administrative tasks related to tour scheduling and coordination Qualifications required: - Prior experience in leading guided tours and interacting with diverse audiences - Strong knowledge and interest in art, history, and innovation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently - Basic administrative skills About CS Direkt: CS Direkt envisions a world where technology serves as a gateway to explore the past, present, and future.
