Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) Geography

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Geography lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE Board).
  
• Incorporate technology, maps, fieldwork, and interactive methods to make learning experiential and relevant.
  
• Evaluate student progress through assignments, assessments, and projects; provide constructive feedback.
  
• Create a classroom environment that encourages inquiry, respect, and collaboration.
  
• Maintain accurate records of students’ academic performance and attendance.
  
• Participate in school programs, academic meetings, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate geography with other disciplines and school-wide activities.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Geography with

  B.Ed.

  (Mandatory).
• Minimum

  2–5 years of teaching experience

  as a TGT in a reputed school.
• Strong command of English and effective communication skills.
  
• Proficient in using digital tools and smart classroom technology.
  
• Ability to connect theoretical concepts to real-world applications.
  
• Enthusiastic, empathetic, and committed to holistic student development.
