Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in a commercial or similar leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial setting. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is highly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in financial management, supply chain coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Strong understanding of procurement processes, logistics, and marketing principles. Proven ability to navigate and coordinate with government agencies for regulatory compliance.
