Role & responsibilities

• Phosphoric acid production or similar fields
• Major equipment operation: Horizontal Belt Filter, Evaporators, Heat Exchangers, Cooling Towers
• Monitoring & Controlling the Process parameter as per SOP
• Efficiency Operations and working with PLC/DCS more preferable.
• Production Calculation, Manpower Management & Management Reports
• Inter Department relations, Communication with positive coordination
• Recording and maintaining accurate, timely log data of equipment and closely following their performances.
• Preparing and hand over equipment in a safe manner to maintenance staff for repair and get back in service after checks as per PTW procedure
• Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards
• Performing optimization tests & Performing risk assessments
• Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: B. Tech/Diploma (Chemical), BSc (Chemistry)

Phosphoric Acid Plant J.D. for Production Team

Preferable Candidates:

PPL, Indorama, Ostwal, Tanfac, Spic, Coromandel, Fact, Nirma Etc.

Skills: Storng analytical communication and problem-solving skills
