JOB PURPOSE Ensuring smooth functioning of refinery and petrochemical laboratory to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient analytical support to process/operation/EPS and marketing teams, lead & guide laboratory team for budget planning, manpower planning, training & development planning, product certification, new method / technology development, innovation & improvements, new product developments, trouble shooting, technical support to refinery units, safety rules and regulation, HR policies, ERIMS, NABL, IT, LIMS, external & internal audits, Proficiency testing. ORGANISATIONAL CHART RESPONSIBILITIES RESPONSIBILITIES ACTIVITIES QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Team Management: To achieve the team's objectives and continue to do so over time. Arrange inspection of scrap materials carried out by prospective scrap buyers and maintain proper inspection report. Review and maintain last sale price in the material master for all scrap item after obtaining procurement concurrence. Delivery of Scrap Material & Weigh bridge management Ensure proper communication to all stockholder prior to placement of vehicle.
