Work you’ll do As a part of this team you will be involved with: Working in Data Maintenance team in onboarding date changes in Payroll Dashboard Making employee life cycle changes to an employee record Supporting MIS for headcount recons, payroll processing and support the annual comp load activity Coordinating and reviewing all onboarding date changes for new employees Coordinating and processing all separations, salary continuations, transfers process, collecting dues from separated employee’s loans and reimbursement Fielding various payroll inquiries from employees or HR, understand basic payroll transactions and terminology for our organization. Handle the basics of the position following the specific instructions, guidelines and set procedures. Computing the Full and Final Settlements of separated employees with stringent deadlines. Liaise and coordinate with the HR operations team, other colleagues in the general ledger accounting and FTP / Payroll Team on the scheduled activities.
