About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, small-stream IT projects that drive strategic business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead small-scale IT service engagements from initiation to closure.
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans.
Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
Draft, review, and finalize Statements of Work in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
Ensure SOWs clearly define scope, responsibilities, milestones, and pricing.
Maintain documentation for project governance and audits.
Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Track project budgets, expenses, and revenue forecasts.
Resolve billing discrepancies and support client queries related to invoices.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Build strong relationships to support repeat business and client satisfaction.
