Job Title : Deputy Manager-Business Planning Qualifications : MBA Finance / Sales & Marketing Experience : Minimum 8 years CTC : 13-15 LPA Location : Gurugram, Haridwar Job Description / Position Purpose: Business Analysis, Pipeline management, Sales /Trend /variance/comparative Analysis & forecasting. Strengthen management cycle (sales/profit/promotion activities etc.) Business plan/strategy formulation, Demand survey, Set production trend management. Sales Strategy/Expansion - Work with sales on sales expansion with data facilitations and reports. Generate and publish market Intelligence reports. BIZ update for management reporting and conducting business meeting with Business division globally. Rich knowledge of MIS techniques and able to handle large data and analysis thereof. Will be responsible for handling MIS activities and reporting to Management. Proficiency in speaking with people from various commercial and technology backgrounds. Will be responsible for coordinating with Finance, sales and management team maintaining a high standard of interaction with them and ensuring consistency in deliverance quality. Handling Miscellaneous projects Roles and Responsibilities: Collection, collating, and analysis of information, and then to present the information to senior management enabling process discussion and how to enhance sales, and the setting of standard procedures and formats of reports. Financial Analysis: Monitoring variance, identifying trends, identifies financial status by analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts, Control Charts. Responsible for gathering and analyzing data related to the companys information systems, managing, and overseeing their implementation, and maintain MIS systems. Scheduled publication of MIS reports to stakeholders and Management. Automation of MIS reports through different tools Knowledge of component business Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of SAP SD/MM -R/3 Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS word presentation MIS Good English communication skill Should be self-motivated, with excellent communication skills, and a good team member.
