The Dispatch Supervisor oversees the daily operations of dispatch activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods or services. This role involves coordinating shipments while ensuring compliance with company policies and export regulations. Key Responsibilities :1. Dispatch Operations Management Plan and schedule daily dispatches based on orders and delivery routes. Assign and monitor delivery of shipments Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of all goods/services. Optimize route planning to reduce delivery time and costs. 2. Team Supervision Supervise and guide dispatch packing staff Provide training and support to team members on SOPs and safety standards. Monitor staff performance and report to higher management. 3. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams for order prioritization and special requirements. Maintain continuous communication with drivers for updates, delays, and delivery confirmations. Handle customer inquiries related to dispatch and delivery. 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of dispatches, delivery notes Ensure proper documentation is carried out (invoice, delivery challan, etc.). 5. Compliance & Safety Address incidents, accidents, or delivery issues proactively and file reports when needed. 6. Technology & System Management Use dispatch software or ERP systems for tracking and scheduling. Ensure all dispatch entries are updated accurately in the system. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,392.40 - ₹26,081.79 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
