Job Description

Position: Medical Equipment Sales Executive

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Location: Kudasan, Gandhinagar

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Regional Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Medical Equipment Sales Professional to drive sales of our medical devices and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the company’s brand image.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Promote and sell medical equipment and devices to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare institutions.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations, proposals, and quotations.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Report weekly/monthly sales performance to the management.
  • Suggest strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.

Tender & Documentation Support (if applicable):

  • Assist in preparing documents for government or institutional tenders.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to medical equipment sales.

Team Coordination:

  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for product updates and promotional campaigns.
  • Participate in product training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in medical equipment or healthcare sales.
  • Knowledge of hospital operations and medical devices is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM tools.

Performance Metrics:

  • Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Number of new clients acquired and customer retention rate.
  • Timely reporting and follow-up on leads and proposals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
