Core Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote or services. Inbound Call Handling: Answer incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation. Sales and Upselling: Promote and sell or services, including upselling and cross-selling additional offerings. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Data Management: Accurately record details of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in CRM systems. Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or call targets. Essential Skills Communication: Clear and effective verbal communication to convey information and build rapport. Listening: Active listening to understand customer needs and concerns. Persuasion: Ability to influence customer decisions and close sales. Problem-solving: Addressing and resolving customer issues efficiently. Time Management: Managing call volumes and schedules to meet targets. CRM Proficiency: Using customer relationship management tools to track interactions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in US Sales & cold calling , preferably in the IT/Marketing staffing industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in using lead generation tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha. Strong understanding of CRM systems and email marketing platforms. Ability to create personalized email content and campaigns. Experience in cold calling and building relationships with international clients. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
